for the food and pharmaceutical segment,
as well as other advanced techniques
always aiming at perfection.
PROCESSES
EXTRUSION
Extrusion is a method of forcing the passage of a material through the matrix, and is part of the production process of various industrial segments, from the production of plastic films, plates, bars and metal parts and even food.
INJECTION
A productive method, flexible and of great dimensional and superficial quality, can be used in the manufacture of plastic pieces of the most varied sizes, from microcomponents used in watches, to pieces such as chairs, water boxes, bumper cars and others.
BLOW MOLDING
Used for making hollow parts such as bottles, it is a simple process. The air is injected (blown) into the parison (preform) causing the part to expand towards the walls of the mold, forming the final product. With the solidification of the part, the mold is opened and the part is removed.
THERMOFORMING
Using heat and positive pressure and / or vacuum, we mold plastic blades on a mold so that the part acquires the contours of this mold with great economy. It is suitable for large pieces with simple design, or disposable packaging.
FINISHING
HEAT TRANSFER
A clean process, fast and virtually non-existent waste used in the decoration of plastic parts with high quality printing. Excellent for application in countless products, like buckets, bowls, jars, glasses, thermos bottles, squeezes and etc.
IN MOLD LABEL
With advanced technology, the paper or BOPP substrate is applied directly into the injection / blow mold cavity. When the plastic is injected, it incorporates the label, thus the products earn die-cast prints to their material with quality and durability.
SERIGRAPHY
Also known as silk screen, it is one of the oldest processes in the printing industry, it is also one of the most flexible and can be used in most materials. It consists of the transfer of printed images to pieces of the most varied models and formats, with quality and durability.
TAMPOGRAPHY
It is a special embossed printing system used in small details, logos or phrases, producing a metallic effect and usually with a relief in the print. It can be used to generate images in objects of the most varied formats.
LABELING
It is the automation of adhesive bonding in the product, gaining in productivity and quality, reducing the scrap rate and the production cycle, saving time and resources.
